Enquiry Versus Engagement
Contacting IA Reports or submitting a complimentary review request does not by itself create a paid appraisal engagement or authorize us to negotiate with an insurer. Services begin only after the scope, fee, terms and any needed authorization have been confirmed.
Written Agreement and Report Use
The applicable written service agreement, report limitations and assignment instructions govern a specific engagement. A valuation is prepared for its agreed purpose and effective date; it should not be reused for another purpose without review.

Information can change, including applicable laws, insurer processes, market listings and published pricing. We aim to correct material errors when identified. The Privacy Notice discusses enquiry and document handling.
