Assignment Acceptance
An appraisal assignment begins only after IA Reports confirms the scope, required information, timing and applicable service terms. Submission of a form or document does not guarantee acceptance.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information. Valuation conclusions depend on the quality and availability of the evidence supplied and discovered during the assignment.
No Guaranteed Outcome
An appraisal is an independent opinion based on available evidence. IA Reports does not guarantee that an insurer, court, buyer, lender or other party will accept a report or that a particular settlement or transaction result will occur.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, report formats and original materials are owned by or licensed to IA Reports and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
