IA Reports is an independent Canadian vehicle appraisal company. The service was developed through 2024 and 2025, completed its first limited client files in December 2025, and formally launched publicly in January 2026. We provide market-supported valuation reports for vehicle owners, insurers, adjusters, dealerships, businesses, lawyers and other professional clients.

Built to make vehicle valuation clearer
IA Reports was created after seeing how difficult it can be for vehicle owners and professional stakeholders to evaluate market evidence, understand adjustments and communicate a defensible valuation position.
Our role is to organize the available facts, verify the vehicle, research relevant market comparables and explain the analysis in a structured written report. We do not promise a particular claim result. We provide an independent opinion supported by the information available for the assignment.
How We Maintain Independence
- Each assignment is assessed on its own evidence and purpose.
- Vehicle specifications, mileage, condition and equipment are verified where possible.
- Comparable vehicles are selected for relevance, not to force a predetermined result.
- Material assumptions, limitations and adjustments are explained in the report.
- Our conclusions are not controlled by an insurer, repair facility, dealer or vehicle owner.

- Before 2024
Claims and automotive foundation
Practical experience in insurance claims, vehicle damage assessment, valuation review and client communication shaped the reporting standards later used by IA Reports.
- 2024–2025
Development and testing
The IA Reports service model, website, intake process and appraisal-report methodology were developed and refined. This period focused on building the operational foundation rather than presenting the company as fully launched.
- December 2025
First client appraisal files
IA Reports completed its first limited appraisal assignments at the end of 2025, providing an initial real-world test of the research, reporting and client-support process.
- January 2026
Public service launch
IA Reports formally rolled out its public appraisal services, supporting vehicle owners and professional clients with structured digital intake, market research and written appraisal reporting.
