Gursimran Saggu founded IA Reports in Brampton in 2024 with the objective of making independent vehicle valuations more transparent and easier to understand. His work in the Canadian insurance industry began in 2022, providing experience with claims documentation, vehicle valuation materials and the communication involved in resolving disagreements over value.
His background combines insurance-related work, business operations and client service. He also completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration at Humber College in 2026. This experience informs how IA Reports organizes assignments, reviews supporting evidence and communicates appraisal findings to clients and professional counterparts.
As founder and appraiser, his focus is on accurate vehicle identification, relevant market comparisons, defensible assumptions and clear reporting. IA Reports serves vehicle owners, insurers and businesses; the evidence and agreed assignment scope guide the appraisal opinion, not which party requests it.
