Motorcycle, RV and Specialty Vehicle Appraisals Across Canada
Specialty vehicles need category-specific evidence. A motorcycle, motorhome, travel trailer, snowmobile or custom recreational unit cannot be valued reliably through ordinary passenger-car data.
What matters: Installed equipment, accessories, seasonal demand, storage, usage and condition can have a larger effect on specialty vehicles than on standardized passenger models.

Frequently asked questions
Can accessories be included in value?
Accessories may be considered where they are documented, transferable and recognized by the relevant market. Original cost is not automatically added dollar-for-dollar.
Does season affect the appraisal?
Seasonality can affect listing activity and demand, so the valuation date and available evidence should be stated.
Can an RV be appraised remotely?
Some RV files can be reviewed remotely with detailed photographs, specifications and records. Larger or condition-sensitive units may require inspection.
Describe the specialty unit and its equipment. Include the model, serial or VIN, location, photographs and intended use of the appraisal.
