Vehicle Owners

If your vehicle has been declared a total loss, IA Reports can review the insurer valuation, identify supportable issues and handle the appraisal process from start to finish.

Complimentary Initial Review

We review the available valuation documents and explain whether an independent appraisal may be appropriate.

  • Review the insurer's valuation report and settlement offer
  • Confirm vehicle specifications, trim and options
  • Identify potential comparable and adjustment concerns
  • Explain the appraisal process and information required

Documents That Help

  • Insurance valuation report or settlement offer

Pricing & Scope

Clear terms before work begins.

Case-by-case service pricing

Each file is reviewed individually. Pricing depends on the vehicle, required appraisal scope, complexity, inspection needs and supporting research. We confirm the applicable fee and terms before paid work begins.

What's the difference between disputing it myself and hiring an appraiser?

You can dispute a valuation yourself. An independent appraiser brings a structured valuation process, vehicle verification, market research, adjustment analysis, written reporting and professional communication with the insurer.

How much more can my vehicle be worth?

The potential difference cannot be responsibly estimated until the vehicle and insurer valuation are reviewed. Our initial review is designed to identify whether there are material issues worth pursuing.

What if IA Reports agrees with the insurer's valuation?

We provide realistic expectations. Our role is to assess the evidence, not manufacture a higher number. If the available evidence does not support a meaningful difference, we will explain that.
